Not sure why they didn't highlight as links, but you can type them in for info on Phonix. Fact-checked myself before posting as done before posting anything that may be controversial..
Phenix is a form of the word Phoenix which means dark red. It may refer to:
The Phenix Aviation Phenix. A Spanish autogyro by Phenix Aviation of Alicante. An autogyro is also known as a gyroplane or gyrocopter, a type of rotor aircraft.

Phenix City, Alabama also Phenix, Virginia, maybe other places as well

A French comic book character

High energy nuclear interactions experiment held at Brookhaven National Laboratory
and a whole bunch of other nuclear related shit

1975 album by jazz saxophonist Cannonball Adderly

River at Creys-Mépieu in France

A mythical bird that gets reborn, in some versions rises up out of flame

And probably a lot of other stuff I didn't take time to research in order to help me better understand it.

Switch out the h for an o and I think you can make
P H E N I X
E X P I O N

Expion, according to their own website, is - an award-winning Recruitment Company (okay how modest is that) specialising in recruiting top talent for the Food & FMCG, Pharmaceutical & Medical Devices, Engineered Products and Automotive, Distribution & Logistics Sectors.
Non-Oxford British English standard spelling of specialize

I had heard of Phoenix and thought Phenix might be a variation, different spelling. I'd heard of Expion but couldn't remember what it was or if maybe I hadn't really heard it and my mind was just making it up because it was so frustrating now I was determined to figure out this damn puzzle any expense. Kind of tough because I can't find my Scrabble board and that really helps me with word games. So I had to research it out. Which I was only able to do because well out of work, with all this time to kill what else am I going to do if I don't keep myself busy with something.

Anyhow back to the game
