Simply just watching my butch partner interact with others can be a huge turn-on for me.
The other day we stopped at a convenience store, and I stayed in the car while she ran in to grab something. I could see her through the store window as she waited in line and struck up a friendly conversation with the guy behind her. Her wide stance, arms across her chest, throwing her head back with a laugh. As she was walking out she gave the guy a brotherly slap on the shoulder.
Confidence is definitely a turn-on.
