What's on my mind- things I'm grateful for.

My girl gang. We have been through so much shit in our 25 years of friendship and we just get each other. I got to get together with a small part of the crew today and could literally feel my heart healing a bit. We ate food and drank wine and went and bought ridiculous clothes that will only be appropriate for when we have our girl gang slumber parties and that is fine with all of us.

I'm grateful for my parents. My mom has been having a hard time the past few days and really hit a wall. Dizzy and nauseous. Then last night she fell and fractured a bone in her leg. She will be okay and my father is taking care of her. She has a walking boot. She has a positive attitude. She will be okay.

I'm grateful for my nephews. I have a movie date with my older nephew tomorrow. Last night, my younger nephew, just 3 years old, was full on helping me cook dinner for 6 people.

I'm grateful that my spouse, even though we are likely dissolving our marriage, is coming to my brother's house tomorrow because my nephews are asking for them. And my sister in law needs technology help to put parent controls on various items after finding my 6 year old nephew browsing porn last night (just because he searched for videos about poop-- because 6 year old boy- but lots of porn popped up) and that's what my brother would have handled but he is not there anymore to handle it and my spouse said that they will. I just hope it's not too awkward.

I'm grateful I can find positives right now.
