After getting 7-8k steps per day for the last five days it was good to be home today and get out and stretch my legs a little bit. It was only a so–so tide but I did get 16,000 steps today and feel much the better for it.
Sounds like easygoing had a banner weekend and can take as much of a break as she wants.
