Juli Briskman, 50, was fired from her job at the marketing firm Akima after she told her employer that she was the cyclist who flipped off Trump's motorcade
Two days prior to that Briskman had changed her Facebook banner photo to show her giving the Commander-in-Chief and his envoy the bird
Within hours of her admission, Briskman had been escorted out of the building with her belongings for violating social media policy
The single mother is filling a suit with the ACLU and said a senior director was not fired a few months ago for calling a BLM supporter a ''f****** Libtard a******'
Akima is a marketing agency who clients include over 35 government contracting companies
The firm did not respond to a request for comment
