One of my major anxiety downward spirals over the last few years has been invasive, obsessive thoughts and fears regarding my own mental health. When I read descriptions from the dsm, I identify with so many of them 1 some of them so serious. I've figured out that when I've spent hours combing through Ted kazinsky's psychological evaluation that what I need to do is take a pill rather than continue reading. It sucks because i'm fascinated by human psychology and it's a real area of interest if it weren't for the fact that I identify so heavily with everything I read.
