Black Russian Frappe
3 tablespoons ground coffee
1/2 cup of water
brew
place ingrediants in blender jar in this order:
14 ice cubes
1/4 heavy cream
1/4 Kahlua liquer
2 tablespoons Vodka
Blend, top with whipped cream
