I'm on Day 8 of getting at least 10,000 steps per day after being kinda complacent for the last several months.
Feeling good but rusty AF!
Worked at home yesterday and home again today so getting my steps means getting creative. Lots of walks with Bella and taking the long way around the house to gather laundry. Also stepping in place while on conference calls
