I feel crappy. I still have red spot the size of softball or bigger where I had flu shot Monday. My head hurts. That new thing in PT Monday I will NEVER let her do again cause that still hurts.
I thought eating something would help. Cause I have a bad habit of not eating all day and with the headache......
But I still feel crappy. Come to think of it. I have mostly felt crappy physically since Monday.
But mentally and emotionally I’m good!!!! So there’s that.
