No, this wasn’t a “normal” meal! LOL! I had made deviled eggs and I had a lot of the yolk mixture left but no more hard boiled eggs. So I ate the mixture on top of sharp cheese and threw in a few garlic stuffed olives. I’m trying to get into ketosis as quickly as possible to get my hunger under control.
