Soaked oats in yogart with fruit
Hi guys,
Recently the neighbour downstairs kindly told me and gave me some of the above.
It's very simple and can be made in advance.
2 tablespoons of oats, 2 tablespoons natural yogurt, and whatever berries or fruit you like. And if you think it's too thick then you can add a dash of milk.
Mix it all up and add a teaspoon of honey, cover it with cling film, and put in the fridge overnight.
This is also good has A. You know what's in it, not like those prepackaged cereals with oats and fruit that can have loads of sugar.
And B. It's good for lowering cholesterol.
And C. It helps you later in the day, say mid morning to stop snacking on bad stuff because it's filling and releases energy into you body slowly.
Give it a try, it's actually very nive with you favourite fruit.
