Just a quick drive by:
My A1c is down to 5.4, so my doc gave me permission to take a special yoga class that meets once a week at the clinic. Im going.
Walked a lot this past week.
Went up and down stairs at work a bunch too. I am looking into buying a stationary bike, for my studio. Doc gave me permission to get one, to build up my lower back and leg muscles (glutes).
Feeling pretty good lately.
