Thought I’d share my super easy soup I made today. No recipe since I made it up but here’s the gist:

In a large crockpot I put enough baby potatoes to fill the bottom
Of the pot. Covered with 1 1/2- 2 cups chicken broth (I
Use better than bouillon) add a small, chopped onion. Let cook on high until potatoes are tender. Add a can of cream of chicken soup, and a cup of shredded cheese of choice. Stir. Add in kielbasa cut into small bites and a half bag of broccoli, cauliflower and carrot mix. Season as desired. I used salt and pepper and a spicy seasoning blend.
