In my jeans is my wallet with cards, cash, DL and ownership. Couple business cards, insurance card, gas card.
Comb and a few papers. (back pockets)
change, Tylenol, breath mints, extra car key. (front pockets)
Keychain with all my keys hangs from my belt loop.
