I like to surprise a stranger once in a while by paying their bill at a drive through...or a part of it by leaving $10 with the cashier to pay for the next person's bill, and if any is leftover, use it for the next customer.
Be kind to an elderly person who looks like they could use help.
Offer to teach someone something I know or know how to do.
