Today, (according to my apple watch) I walked 3 miles at work even though I feel like I sat all day. Exhausted since my busy brain has had me up since 3am. But I came home from work and used the rowing machine for a fast 5k and feel a lot more awake now.
Does anyone else here have an apple watch? You can do fitness challenges with them and it's fun and good accountability. I've done some with friends before. Would do one with folks here if there was interest.
Ps: I only have an apple watch because I'm married to a tech geek and I have their outdated hand-me-down.
