Today I did 40 minutes on the stairmaster. My back is bothering me a little bit. I think it's left over from the treadmill at the hotel. Also, I've been sitting in a bad position at my home desk so I rearranged things. And last night I felt a little twinge in my left knee, so I did level 7 today on the stairmaster instead of level 8
. My pattern was:
Levels 7 down to 1, 2 minutes each level x 1 set, 1 min each level x 1 set, 30 seconds each level x 1 set, 15 seconds each level x 1 set, then level 1 until the end.
When I first got to the two stairmasters, someone was on my favorite one. So I set myself up on the other one, at which point the man got off of my favorite one. So then I took all my stuff and moved it to my favorite one. It was worth it
