A feast out by the pool......
After lazing around in the pool all afternoon, honey fired up grill!
Night before I cut up: Leeks, fennel, yellow squash, zucchini, asparagus spears, onion, sweet potatoes, lemon slices, and added cherry tomatoes.
I marinated them overnight in: olive oil, Italian Blend seasoning, red peper flakes, garlic cloves, salt & pepper, caraway seeds, and fennel seeds, with fresh squeezed lemon juice.
GRILLED: burgers, Parmesan/garlic/mozzarella bratwurst, and those vegetables.
I sliced a fresh pineapple into spears, sprayed with Pam, then sprinkled ground cloves, ground cinnamon, and Ground nutmeg all over them, and grilled those!
YUM! YUM! and YUM!
