Today I did 30 minutes on the stairmaster (Levels 5,4,3,2,1 x 2 min x 3 sets, plus a 3,2,1 cool down for 6 minutes). I'm still watching "The Staircase" on Netflix, thank goodness.

Then I did 30 minutes of weights and floor exercises. Two gym song highlights: they played "I'm sorry, Ms. Jackson" yesterday and "When Doves Cry" today.

It was very hard to get started today because I'd recently gone out for a big dim sum meal with my family, so I was yawning and carb crashed. The stairmaster was extra hard to do but once done, I felt good and the floor workout was back to normal.

Tomorrow, since my mom is still in town from Ohio, there is a tentative plan to go to the gym with her and Dave and Jan (my brother and his husband). I'm so annoyed with the idea of using up 3 guest passes at once! I get one a year, and I hoard them! I have 9 right now.
