I know I probably should not eat supper late at night, but I don't have to get up at 0-dark-thirty anymore, and my work schedule is so much more saner (LMAO -- I show up shortly before noon, nowadays).
I'm finally hungry now. Not sure what it will be, though.
Maybe a bowl of hot cereal or better yet, maybe eggs over easy and some Garlic nan with melted 'cheese'. Kind of like a late night sandwich raid of sorts.
Cup of hot herbal tea for dessert and carrot juice with supper.
