17 people killed in the mudslides, 17 still unaccounted for. 100 homes destroyed. 1500 homes still threatened.
500 search and rescue first responders out today with 10 search dogs.
The news just said that they are now calling it search and recovery instead of rescue.
In a usual bizarre twist here in Southern California, it is clear today with a high of 75. By next Wednesday (according to ABC News), it will be up to 81.
