I would suggest calling a therapist on this list who is closest to your area. They should be happy to tell you where you can get hormones. I am surprised to think that a PCP wouldn't just keep up the hormones if you already had an endo prescribing them.

My problem is finding a doctor in this town who will take on an FTM. When I call and talk to them they say they do not take transgender patients. This is my big problem here and is why I am seeking doctors in other cities.
