since I was being rushed into Kmart before I had a chance to finish the above post...
getting down to 160lbs... finally ....not but 30 to 40 more lbs to go....
making plans with my new hiking / walking buddy about the parks and exercise opportunities in my next town...
and watching my puppies play tonight ... how much fun they had and how silly the youngest was being when Blade came over to help with my woodstove... their antics are a delight!
