Forgot to mention, L-Theanine does NOT cause me to be drowsy at all! Other natural stress supplements/vitamins I tried made me sleepy, like chamomile and lemon balm. And drinking chamomile tea before bed or taking lemon balm at bedtime didn’t help my anxiety during the day, that’s why I decided to try the L-Theanine.
