have been going 2 steps back,3 steps forward.
But have found a good walk,round trip is 7klm,sayeth the road sign,lol
Plus its on the beach so I can take scout down after our walk for some water fun for her,and its so beautiful down there.

But I can only do that every 2nd day ATM,I keep overdoing it,and getting injured.
Is anyone else trying to get back to their fitness after being sick?
