When I was avoiding sugar, I used to take baker's chocolate, place it in a saucer, put splenda and cinnamon over it and then microwave it for 45 seconds. It would make a lovely somewhat bitter chocolate paste. It was very satisfying. In fact, I wish I had some now.
I haven't played much with stevia and chocolate yet, but I will experiment at some point.
