The reason I ask is that the house that I bought a little while ago had one of these tours and it made a huge difference in my confidence to place a bid from across country. I was the high bid and they got it largely due to the quality of tour that I could do offsite. Since we are going into a new three week lockdown it might be helpful for you to keep germy people out of your unit and to encourage others out of the area. |
Thanks, Kelt. I’ll speak with her about it tomorrow. I haven’t used it for viewing condos in Michigan but will discuss with this realtor for viewing here. Haven’t even heard of it.
I think a problem with a Matterport or any virtual tour is that my place looks larger in photos and video than it is.
I”m thinking of suspending views for awhile but now is a really good time to buy and sell. We’ll see.
