My secret obsession is pocket watches and pocket knives. Since I was a little girl, I was always fascinated with my grandpa's pocket knife and pocketwatch!
I watched him cut his toenails with his, peel peaches, filet a fish, cut a hickory to whip me with when I was bad, cut tomatoes, pick his teeth, clean his fingernails, clean his pipe bowl, and pull splinters out. THAT knife was MultiPurpose, I tell you....who thought of "disinfecting" something way back then....yea...just "aged" myself.
I had a pocketwatch I was given when I graduated Nursing School BUT who knows where that went...lol.
I am now beginning to get a collection of awesome knives. My GF and I share our love for them...she got me a leather pouch with two really cool knives in it. The head is a 3D eagle's head...and handle is feathers...one is like 2 inches long and the other is like 3 inches long.
Can I just say I LOVE pocket watches and pocket knives..knives of any sort. I DO NOT care for those really big ones or really long ones...
