I have a bit of a set back right now... pulled my hammie mid stride on friday night at the gym... I was going at a good clip too... oh well I will work it back to health... anyone know any good hammie stretches...
plus no gym today... spent 2 hours digging out my car *best work out I could ask for* woot... I love to shovel just not when the plow comes back through.. anyway I digresss...
