Homoe reminded me yesterday of a great place to have an early supper....so I went there (up in the Alameda Heights area, off Fremont) and chose the Whiskey Barrel Pork Sliders ....which are served with Coleslaw and home made potato chips and stuffed green olives. VERY delicious!
Tonight? I'm not sure what I'll have for supper. I did bring my left over chips home, so maybe I will bake some Quorn chicken nuggets (9 grams of vegetarian protein) and make a home made red kidney bean cream cheese hummus, for the chips!
