a small bowl of freshly cleaned and sliced strawberries, with half a baby sized zucchini sliced up too. And a few organic seeded rye-like crackers (with dried figs and seeds, they're tasty for sure) with a touch of peanut butter on each one (limit was 4 crackers).
Hot herbal tea (Lemon Loaf) and a quart of warm water to sip on (first of four quarts of water for the day).
