Just out of curiosity, has your listing agent suggested or done a
Matterport tour of your condo so that people can get a good viewing without going inside either locally or from long-distance?
The reason I ask is that the house that I bought a little while ago had one of these tours and it made a huge difference in my confidence to place a bid from across country. I was the high bid and they got it largely due to the quality of tour that I could do offsite. Since we are going into a new three week lockdown it might be helpful for you to keep germy people out of your unit and to encourage others out of the area.
