It was yesterday but I have a feeling I'm going to have to battle this today.
Went to the water department to have water turned on. Was told a little after 4 the water had been turned on. NO water!!!
I'm calling at 730 the moment they wake and have them come out and show me they turned the water on.
The need for water is real
