I went to a beach party today, so I ended up closing the gym at night. I only had time for cardio, no stretching. I did 35 minutes on the stairmaster.

It was only Judith, Miriam, and me there when I first went in the locker room. When I came back after working out, it was only Judith and me. She said, "It's good to have company." I said that I felt the same way. I had just been watching another Netflix episode of Dark Tourist, which had a segment on Jeffrey Dahmer, and I wondered, "Are Judith and I similar to Jeffrey Dahmer?" We just want... some company
