I'm at a point where I'm good either way. I'm good by myself, although I would like to have more friends and family nearby to do stuff and socialize and to stop me from buying excessive quantities of craft stuff, and I would be fine in a relationship too.

But it's not a need. I'm content with myself.

That's come with age. The older I get, the less tolerable I am of crap and that's the handoff....you get less to work with if you hold yourself and others to a higher standard....BUT the ones you get (if you're doing it right) will be of higher caliber and much better for you.
