Agreed. If you can still run around with the bright young things, go do it, but don't forego the pleasure of socialising with oldies. Until a few weeks ago, that was exactly my plan - still socially immature in some respects, I felt the need to try to find my feet socially amongst the youngsters. Wouldve done so (more) too, had my home city anything approaching a decent lesbian scene. At the same time, I was and am glad of the company of the older women in the walking group I'm part of. They are my social 'safe place', and keep me grounded, and have been instrumental in my coming to feel entirely relaxed about who I am. Just at the moment, they're also my lifeline, as I just havent the energy to try to chase (or be chased by!) anybody :-(

This too, will change... :-)
