Default The first....

I remember the first time I kissed my ex-- and like Cid mentioned about the knee buckling. Yeah.

After the tension kept up all evening, we stepped outside, and she mentioned how she liked having her face touched. I asked how she meant and demonstrated by brushing the backs of my fingers along her cheek, down her jaw line. She eased in, and whispered along my lips so close I could feel her breath, "Take what you want; I want it too." So I did. I closed that last small distance and kissed her.

Her knees gave, and mine were giving. I pushed her bodily up against the railing there at the restaurant to keep us both upright and time just slipped away, lost in the press of lips and the feel of her in my arms.

You can tell so much about an aspiring relationship in that first kiss-- only, hindsight is 20/20.

I love kissing. It's my favourite part of the relationship. I can kiss for hours, lose myself in it. Truthfully, kissing is what I miss most since I've been single.
