AWESOME posts y'all!

I quit smoking as part of a goal back in 2008. I was one year smoke-free on October 13th of this year

It was one of the best decisions I ever made. There has been a noticeable improvement in my general health - no more pesky colds all the time and sinus infections. I have also noticed renewed skin texture and my hair is shiny again. Those are little things that are all about vanity but I can imagine my lungs are much pinker and happier too
