Why is my mind tired and my body wired? How come I can be so tired when reading and yet when I shut my book and turn off my light my body goes "why hello how are you". I don't want to get out of bed and do things. I really do want to go to sleep.
Why doesn't deep breathing and self hypnosis work anymore??

If I buy a freezer, will I ever actually recoup the cost of the freezer in theoretical savings by buying sale items? Then there is also the expense of running the thing. |

Middle of the night ponderings
Why can't I sleep?
What do I have to do to get more sleep? How come I am unable to eat when I am an emotional eater? Where should I be living? Why do I feel so responsible for what others think? How can I be more involved with my grandchildren if I move further away? Why does my daughter want to marry that idiot? Why can't I find a job here in a market saturated with jobs? Do I really want to move into a basement suite? Where could I unpack my stuff so I could sell it before leaving? Should I sell my car and buy something cheaper? Will my daughter forgive me if I move away? How did I end up here? What is the next step? What have I learned from this summer? How angry am I? Am I angry? What do you really want to do with your life? ...and so much more. Well, I think I just answered the first question.
