So far not a bad day
 got up and took myself to the gym starting to see some results and that motivates me. Came home and used the Chicken stock I made Wed to make the best Chicken and Rice soup. Later it is off to watch my Kiddo in her schools talent show, she will be playing her trombone with a group of her friends and she is uber excited.
