Sleep
I got about 7 hours of sleep but it was not easy. I kept getting hot and flopping around. The kitty got tired of it and went to sleep on the couch. Ugg.

The past few nights I've slept about 7 hours each night.... but I feel so tired tonight after an emotionally exhausting day. I am going to bed in just a few and hope to sleep at least 9 hours or better.....
