I think... I am sick and tired of being sick and tired...
I think... it REALLY sucked to spend my 3 day weekend dealing with and recovering from a nasty stomach virus.... I think... my body doesnt know whether it is time to get up or time to go to bed after sleeping sporadically for 3 days... I think... my body better get its act together so I can enjoy the sunshine this week... I think... I am too tired to think....

I think I need to eat!! Twelve hours between meals is such a no-no!
I think I will relax in the living room with some netflix, something yummy, and at least one of my furbabies for a while tonight! I think the world is a better place with you all in it...and I'm so grateful to know the ones of you that I know...(speaking of blessed!)

I think the movie "Shall we dance" really got me thinking....
There was a few lines that stuck with me, but one that has impacted me and my thinking. "We need a witness to our lives. There's a billion people on the planet... I mean, what does any one life really mean? But in a marriage, you're promising to care about everything. The good things, the bad things, the terrible things, the mundane things... all of it, all of the time, every day. You're saying 'Your life will not go unnoticed because I will notice it. Your life will not go un-witnessed because I will be your witness'." Now I am aware that she is discussing marriage...but it got me thinking about here, and posts and OUR planet. Sometimes, I wonder why we are sharing things so raw at times, play by plays, intense emotion, desire, the core of our beings, just to be read on a screen from those whom can not see us and our lives on a daily basis. And I think it is for this. To have witness that we exist, we live, we are alive. To have those like us in some ways and different in others to truly see us. Even if that sight is by the eye of whom we are or whom we want to become. I think, even as private of a person I can be sometimes, I agree that I am here, to be a part of a community whom sees me with both eyes, and knows that I am alive and more than just another person you pass by on the highway.

I think the waitress in the restaurant last week meant to say there was ricotta in the soup not tocatta.
I think that Weiner man is acting out because his last name is Weiner. I think the shortness of breath I've been experiencing is from tightness of the pants. I think mammogram's are a good thing, even if you are felt up by a stranger. I think Jason's Deli should not serve baked potatoes the size of a human head. I think any exercise that incorporates a cool down that very nearly involves me taking a nap in the floor is OK with me. I think the "Grape Stomping" video on You Tube is the funniest ever. |
