A gourmet sweet vidalia onion burger, potato salad, corn on the cob and a dish of fresh fruit salad (papaya, cantaloupe, honeydew melon, black seedless grapes, and cherries). I just wish Dad were home from the hospital to enjoy it with Mom and me.

My appetite has returned along with my ability to breath (through my nose)

I cut up some potatoes and put them in some chicken broth...added spices...topped with 2 chicken breasts. Covered with more spices and some foil.

I've got some cabbage to saute. It's wicked late to eat...but it was too hot earlier. And I'm starved. I'm also going to stay up late to study. Yes...I'm qualifying eating late.

Cilantro-Lime chicken over steamed rice. Strawberry ,raspberry and cantaloupe fruit bowl explosion with cottage cheese.

Well, I was out buying the ingredients for Mojo wings, and I got a text from Blaze. He was coming home for a few hours to nap and go back.

I worked outside doing yard work most of the day..so, I've been hungry. However, instead of cooking a full meal I grazed.

Started with a half sandwich of peanut butter and jelly. Then, a short while after that, a cup of left over pasta with chunky tomato, summer squash, zucchini and onions, garlic and basil. Then about an hour later had an egg on toast and some cucumber. Umm hmmm oh yeah and cake!

I went to Outback Steak house and had an 8 oz. sirloin cooked medium rare. Side dishes were sauteed mushrooms and grilled asparagus. With an ice cold tea to drink.
