I confess that this past Thursday I threw caution to the wind, completely ignored my diet and ate a bag of sour cream & onion chips and two (YES 2) snickers bars!! Oh the agony of it all...

I must confess,
I was really looking forward to going power walking this morning, but the rain ended that plan! I am going to make coffee instead and have breakfast in a few! Diets are hard, but well worth the end result. Knowing that I have kept 43lbs off of the original 60lbs I lost in 2007.

i confess - --i have a thing for upper arms...symbolizes strength and protection... --i often miss that feeling of being protected & loved... --i struggle with feeling like i'm a bad girl/submissive..and not a worthy gf... --i'm hoping that is due to my low self esteem...i'm working on this, & me as a whole.. --i have a lot of things i'm sorry for, but taking as lessons learned.. --this has not been a positive post for me at all, but felt necessary..i in no way blame anyone but myself, just things i really need to focus on, with some true 'me' time.. for i can't make someone happy if i can't be happy with myself as i am.. i also confess...i worry...and hope all is okay..

I may have a slight problem with procrastination. I really don't like schedules or structure. I work better with schedules and structure, but it doesn't mean I have to like it. I probably should be a little more prepared to start school tomorrow. I'll figure it all out... I always do

I must confess,
-As much as I am excited about classes starting tomorrow, I am going to enjoy my Spanish class. -While emptying the dishwasher of the clean dishes, I got cut by a steak knife that was put in the silverware basket wrong. Now I have a small cut on the back of my arm!  <- going to open this on the person who loaded that dishwasher; I am going to need  afterwards!

i confess...
as much as i am starting to enjoy my weekends off,i may,in reality,go back to one day during week and one on weekend sometimes i think Jo is trying to OD me on benefiber i wonder at times if anyone other than me wonders what Jos relationship status actually means "coupled,the some"...i mean are others involved in this relationship,and if so how come i wasnt informed? i do like having someone to come home to every night i do hate working til 8 or later everynight bc it gives me little time with Jo or the boys i think its kinda funny that the psycho kitty(mine) is in heat and doesnt know what to do about it i fear for said kitty's life bc that constant "noise" she makes could drive one of us over the edge |
