A little while ago, I saw this miniature popcorn tub at a store. I pondered it over and decided to go ahead and pick it up. It was less than $2 and I eat popcorn regularly, so why not I thought. Well, my big bags won't fit in it natch but the smaller 100 calories bags are a PERFECT size. They fill it up exactly to the top.
So, my dinner tonight has been a 100 calorie bag of butter flavored popcorn, 2 Halos, 1 small apple and I'm contemplating the banana. If I opt for it, I'll add the tiniest smidge of reduced fat peanut butter to it to help slow the sugar absorption. Water to drink. Dinner was light because of calorie laden breakfast and a big lunch as well.
