went to da local butcher, got some fresh, hand made chicken burgers, coated and herbed. will have 'em in toasted garlic pitas. wit' jalepenos, mayo, cheese, lettuce and tomato. wit' home made slaw on da side.

and mini raspberry & pineapple calippos (2) afta...

I am making chicken stew with a receipe I dreamed up on my own. It is slowly cooking in the crockpot right now. Guess we will see how that pans out when I get home. Ha

I brought a mixture of tomatoes, baby spinach, home grown sprouts, and cucumbers and put it in a pita with artichoke spinach hummus....mmmmmmmm ive also been snacking on some trail mix since i forgot that i remembered my dinner

Dinner tonight...

My turn to use the crock pot. Going to put some pork in and slow cook it in root beer . Sounds strange, but it comes out sooo good. When it's finished pull it apart and mix in some sweet baby ray BBQ sauce, and ta da...pulled pork !
