My daughter and her best friend got their pictures taken for a local paper at the fair last week. I happened to remember to pick up the paper today, and found the picture

My nephew, bright, sweet, athletic, finally beginning his recovery from Miller Fisher Syndrome. I finally saw the terror begin to dissipate from his eyes.

Waking to the first snow of the season, so pretty. A fun evening with my sweetie looking through recipes for our future skype date nights. Knowing that we both work hard at making this distance work for US. Planning our date night for tomorrow! Getting things done around my cabin, to make it cozy for my first winter in it. Life is good and it makes me smile.

I know this fear. My symptoms began in late June & it took 6 ambulance rides To three different hospitals before a doctor finally recognized the symptoms of Guillain-Barre Syndrome, Almost 2 months later.
