I had a piece of bacon wrapped chicken breast. It was the only thing I had, since the bacon added som extra sodium to the chicken.

baked salmon with herbed spices, steamed veggie medley for my honey! For me some fresh shrimp sauteed in spices, old bay seasoning, & buttah! Tater tots to go with mine!

meatballs with caramelized onions & gruyere cheese with a rosemary mayo with sauteed green beans and sliced tomato.

I'll update as soon as I get some energy to make dinner.

I went to Trader Joes and got some of their amazing turkey dogs that I tried as a sample once...Im gonna saute them up with peppers and maybe do cabbage steaks on the side. I'm trying to get serious about low carb again...

Except.....my client gave me some beautiful jasmine rice...what to do....

Going for option A. grilled burgers-- I just don't have the energy to make meatballs and fresh mayo.
