my 5:30a (ish) elliptical training routine. Followed by a weight circuit plan....split into three routines, 2 body parts
a day. My day feels very incomplete if I don't hit the gym very early in the morning.

It's a nightly routine of having a cigar before bed, checking my facebook for updates and playing Family Feud and 1 vs 100, and I love reading my Twitter account...that's how I get my news, I hate listening to news with commercials.
