I hit up Bulk Nation today, so I will likely just graze on healthy but yummy stuff; nuts, protein bites made with nuts, seeds, cacao, goji berries and dates, dried beet chips, dried okra, dried green beans & dried plantain. Oh, and dark chocolate nibs.

I treated myself to my favorite Jamaican ish restaurant...

I got an entree to go and had an appetizer while I waited. But I got full on the app so it's dinner now lol

I had nachos with black beans, smoked gouda queso, fire roasted tomato and mango salsa and various other veggies. It was spicier than usual and I loved it.

Water to drink

Reggae to listen to. Happy girl, happy tummy

Subway had a pseudo Philly sub for $6 tonight so I turned in my points and dinner was not only yummy but free. I got it with the shredded beef, provolone, all the veggies except onions and hot peppers plus a little Chipotle Southwest sauce. I changed my mind at home and wiped most of that sauce off and dipped the sub into some peppercorn dressing.

I made some seriously delish grilled cheese sandwiches in my cast iron skillet. Fresh blueberries and a juice cocktail of ginger ale, cherry and pomegranate juices also. I had to ingest something fresh and healthy compared to the artery clogging cheese.

I,m not sure what to call it it was a hamburger patty with lettuce and the fixins,but it was on a wheat tortilla ....so a hamburger taco or a mexi-burger!

OK...so, sauteed mushrooms, onions, peppers, put some fry sauce on one side of the sourdough bread then put the sandwich in the panini press. Then when it was done I added tomato and just mayo on the other side and carrots on the side

- An amazing Maryland-style crab cake that was almost entirely made of crab, with remoulade sauce on the side
- Some delicious salmon with a sweet and spicy glaze
- Grilled squashes, onions and peppers
- Twice baked potatoes
- Chocolate cake with buttercream chocolate frosting and vanilla ice cream
- Several glasses of a delicious white wine, I'm not sure what kind

(I had dinner with my coworkers at our boss's house. I guess he wants to keep us.)
